We want to make sure you are able to benefit from every procedure you need. We process all major credit cards and accept cash on the day of service for the treatment you received. Insurance
Most of our patients have dental insurance, so we have extensive experience with helping our patients receive their benefits. Dental insurance companies reimburse you based on the plan that your employer has purchased for you. Some plans reimburse you a partial payment for only very basic services such as cleanings and exams while others pay you a portion of most dental procedures. It is rare for insurance companies to reimburse you for any type of cosmetic dental procedure or for them to reimburse you 100% of any dental treatment. Dental insurance plans usually involve yearly deductibles and copayments for which the insurance company does not reimburse you. Your dental insurance is based on a contract made by your employer with the insurance company. Our office will submit your claims electronically. The insurance company receives your claim on the same day so that you receive your reimbursement as fast as possible. Reimbursement from your insurance company will be mailed from them directly to you. How much and how fast the insurance company reimburses you depends on your individual plan and your insurance company. As an additional convenience for you, we are happy to submit your treatment plan to your insurance company prior to treatment so that you will have an idea what they will reimburse you. We will make recommendations for your dental treatment based on your needs and what is best for your dental health and we will discuss all treatment options with you to let you make the choice that you feel is best for you. Whether or not insurance pays for your treatment is based on the plan that was purchased for you. We keep your insurance information on file but please make sure at each visit it is current. We are on your side and we will do everything we can to help you get your benefits.
Financing Options
If you would like to finance your procedure, we work with CareCredit®, a company that offers financing exclusively reserved for medical and dental expenses. CareCredit® offers two promotional financing options:
- 0% APR for procedures pain in full within 6 months
- 14.90% APR and fixed monthly payments for up to 60 months
The rate you receive will depend on your credit history and terms of your agreement. You can apply for CareCredit® online, or talk to one of our helpful team members for assistance.
